I practiced many different sports, but no one of them caught my passion for a long time. The only one I practiced for more than a few months was artistic gymnastics, but, as soon as I started at agonistic level, an injury stopped me. My story could have been different if having a Pilates teacher and a gym like Improving You to support me in my physiotherapy…
In Italy I was a recruiter, went sometimes to the gym and tried Pilates to relieve my cervical spine after long hours sitting at the office in 2010.
Surprise! I loved it at once and since then I never stopped.
Just now I can understand why I loved both artistic gymnastics and Pilates from the beginning. They have in common the same principles and values: whole body movement, concentration, control, precision, balance, harmony, continuous education and improvements and I could go on forever.

If I worked in HR because I always liked to do good to people, and I did it finding them a job, then I
could do it for their bodies, mind, health and souls teaching Pilates!
For now I got two certificates: one in the Italian M2O Pilates Method by Margherita Miralli, NCPT Trainer, and one in the international BASI Pilates Method.
The M2O Pilates Method is a more contemporary approach including the original Pilates exercises, the fab 34, passing through physiological and functional movements, pre-Pilates exercises, breath patterns and myofascial work, willing to lead changes in posture and day-by-day life, while BASI Pilates is a world-renowned approach, preserving the classical repertoire and the essence of Pilates’s philosophy but including innovations produced by scientific developments and evolution of the method, willing to lead to a stronger body.
I am now a Pilates teacher whose lessons are holistic and different each week, but always with a balanced approach and focused attention to detail. I tailor them to my students’ needs, respecting their differences, to exercise and improve in the safest way. Each person is unique for me, but I want all those attending my classes, at all level, to feel supported in their Pilates journey, taller, stronger and self-confident, in a word: I want all of them to feel well.

Wij bieden yogalessen met persoonlijke aandacht. Ons team biedt Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga en Power Yoga. Regelmatig geven we diverse workshops.
Yoga 1-on-1
Met ons 1 – on 1 concept krijg je alle aandacht voor de volle 100% voor jezelf. Samen met jouw docent werk je aan jouw lichaam en mindset. Samen kijken we wat het beste past bij jou.
Yoga voor bedrijven
Improving Yoga geeft yoga en workshops aan bedrijven en dat is niet voor niets. Yoga helpt medewerkers ontspannen en geeft meer focus en energie. De lessen en workshops stemmen we af naar wens.
Fysiotherapie
Ieder lichaam is uniek. Soms ben je herstellend van een blessure en moet je revalideren. Net zo vaak heb je last van een pijntje zonder aanwijsbare reden. Wat de reden ook is, bij onze fysio ben je in goede handen.

Succesverhaal
